DELIVERY & SHIPPING
1. Delivery time
Delivery time for standard deliveries within Germany is 48-72 hours, within the EU circa 7 working days, outside the EU circa 7-10 working days. These delivery times apply to orders placed before 11:00 pm (CET). As long as stock lasts.
The delivery time for shipments outside the EU is subject to fast customs clearance in the receiving country. We shall not be liable for consequences that are caused by unforeseeable events outside our sphere of influence that prevent us from delivery as confirmed. Once the aforementioned difficulties cease we shall immediately continue with fulfilment of our obligations. Delivery periods shall be extended accordingly.
2. Logistics partner
We will pack the items you ordered as fast as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner UPS ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays which are caused by UPS.
3. Tracking your delivery
You can check the current tracking status of your shipment at www.ups.com using your package ID number/ shipment number. You can obtain further tracking info by sending us an E-Mail or by calling our customer service.
4. Shipment costs
When placing orders at our Shop, shipping costs will be shown during check out.
You may be held responsible for any local sales taxes, other taxes and government levies, if any, associated with the order.
For shipments to Switzerland, Norway, VAE, USA, Hong Kong and China customs tax and VAT are not included in the sales price and will have to be paid by the customer separately. For further information for Switzerland, please check here: www.swisspost.com
If, for technical or logistical reasons, multiple shipments are required, we will only charge you once.
6. Transport damages
Transport is at risk of cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH. If your shipment has been damaged during transport, you have the right of return free of charge. If the shipment consists of more than one item, please try to establish the delivery condition before returning the goods, if possible, use the original packaging. When returning technical devices, please add all warranty- and service documents.
